At Friedhats we like to keep things simple.

We store your personal data to complete the order and for our records.
Your personal data is not and never will be, sold, distributed or used in any other way.
The longer version:
We use the information we collect about you to process our orders.
When you order, we need your full name, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, credit or debit card number, and the expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order via a delivery service used by us, namely: PostNL or DHL parcel.
Information about your IP address, browser and referred page is also collected. All of your personal information that is collected by us is held for an indefinite amount of time.
We use Shopify, Mollie and Paypal to process our payments securely. All other payments are made directly by the customer via a bank transfer.
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files that are downloaded onto your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of our website. On your next visit to our website, they automatically recognise you. You can prevent cookies from being installed by setting your browser accordingly. If you do block cookies, you may not be able to use our website to its fullest potential.
We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on.
