(🔥 Roasting schedule: Thursday August 28th & Monday September 1st | We recommend resting our coffee before brewing. Why? When coffee is roasted it stores Co2 gas which has to escape the coffee. These gases interfere with brewing and prevent the coffee from tasting as it should.
