Colombia Inmaculada Family Reserve Omni
Family business babyyyyyy!!! We love it. We’re kind of a family business, or at least it feels like we are. So we can relate and connect to Inmaculada farms on a deeper, more personal level. Inmaculada farms is one of the most sought after names in coffee farming, cultivating arguably the rarest variety to exist, the Eugenioides.
Inmaculada Farms sits at 1700 - 2000 masl in the village of Pichinde, a county in the municipality of Cali. Surrounded by a vast Andes national park, the farm is at the forefront of agroforestry and the plantation is surrounded with shade from crops like guamo, lemon, citronella, and acacias. An immensely beautiful spot to grow some immensely (one could even say… inmaculately) good coffee.
The sweetness of this coffee is undeniable, with notes of guava, raspberry, and hibiscus, but there’s still a delicacy to it from the Gesha varietal. Naturally processed, giving it some jamminess, this coffee is good for anyone who’s got a sweet tooth.
