THE LAST SUPER SPECIAL SAMPLER BOX OF 2022 IS HERE! With some of our cult favourites like the Cerro Azul and Sudan Rume, next to the uber rare Racemosa. Geshas galore and coffee abound… let’s get into the selection.

Cerro Azul Hybrid Washed

You’ve had the Cerro Azul natural, now is time for the Cerro Azul hybrid washed. Like being caressed in the face with the softest feather; face to feather with the sweetest, cleanest little chick - a soft, beautiful Gesha with floral jasmine notes, guaranteed to make you feel like you’re lying on a bed of the finest silk.

La Maria Gesha Natural

Another coffee from Finca La Maria, this natural Gesha was grown at 1660 - 1750 masl, and is a light and clean cup with lots of tropical notes and some tea flavours. As an agronomist, farmer Orlando Ospina and his wife Emilcen Sanchez specialise in non-traditional coffee processing and have had their coffees chosen by several baristas to compete in championships around the world. Impressive.

Sudan Rume Natural

It's been 7 years since Lex first sipped this Sudan nectar but he remembers it as if it was yesterday, “I remember this moment really well. I was cupping some coffee’s for competition, and this coffee was just astonishing. The name of the farm was Las Margaritas and I had heard about them because they were experimenting with many different varieties on a single farm, which was super interesting because it allowed us to taste the influence that variety had on the flavour of coffee. One of those varieties stood out. Sudan Rume.”

We’re still blown away by the extreme bright floral and herbal notes of this super clean natural coffee. If we could drink this every day we would. If we could change the water grid to produce litres of the finest brew of Sudan Rume we would. Please let us know if you can help.

La Maria Gesha Honey

Produced by farmer Orlando Ospina and his wife Emilcen Sanchez on their farm Finca La Maria in La Mesa in the department of Cundinamarca. This geisha variety is grown at between 1660 - 1750 masl and they carried a honey process (although they mixed in a little natural process with this lot afterwards for good measure).
Emilcen and Orlando are committed to cultivating really amazing delicious coffee. In the cup you’ll find those classic floral Gesha notes with a juicy sweetness of orange and grapefruit!

Colombia El Porvenir Gesha Natural

Lacia is one of those producers that catches you, their story and their vision is rooted in an authentic and generational approach to farming coffee - a family business that has been developed by 4 brothers - Lacia’s ethos is based towards innovation, quality, and maintenance of a high quality of life for their staff.

The Gesha variety we have from them this year is a natural process, coming from the municipalities of Pijao and Buenavista and nestled in the mountains at 1550 - 1750 masl. With some super funk, high acidity, dark chocolate and tropical notes, this coffee fits the profile of what we like to see in a natural Gesha.
