Indonesia Frinsa Lactic
For the first time in Friedhats history, Indonesia! And it’s no ordinary coffee! This coffee came about from a bunch of experiments carried out at Frinsa Estate by producer family Wildan, Fikri and Atieq Mustofa and the guys at Nordic Approach. The estate is located in Weninggalih area, West Java at between 1300 and 1600 masl. It’s a mix of Peaberry variety cherries fermented anaerobically for 2-3 days with lacto bacteria. It’s funky and that’s an understatement. It’s rich dark chocolate, funky tropical fruit and creamy also with funk.
